Job description
Cintas is looking for a Business Technology Manager that will be responsible for all myCintas allotment customer maintenance, second level system support, and for completing customer maintenance activities generated from customer project management teams. The Business Technology manager will also be responsible for management, training, and development of partners that will report to them.
Requirements
Required:
-
3+ years' experience with SAP Hybris commerce platform

Previous work experience managing multiple deadines, communicating with employees and customers at all levels of an organization, addressing and resolving internal and extenal customer concerns and collaborating with multiple departments

Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications and/or systmes including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, including calendar management and Internet

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred

Previous management/leadership experience, preferably sales support or customer service

Bachelor's degree

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $80,300 - $103,400/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
