Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst for one of our largest clients in Cleveland, Ohio. This individual will play a key role in supporting Customer Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, partnering closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high quality solutions within the customer data domain and serve as a liaison between functional users and technical development teams to resolve production issues efficiently and effectively.

They will be collaborating with the Customer MDM team and Process team to understand business requirements and translate them into clear, comprehensive functional specifications. This candidate will also support the delivery of Customer Master Data Management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and system capabilities while documenting business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions within Customer MDM and related areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. In lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support

  • 4-6 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support with in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies

  • Strong functional experience with Customer Data, TCA Architecture, Order Management, and Accounts Receivable.

  • Extensive background in Oracle R12 Order to Cash (O2C) functional implementations within the customer domain.

  • Hands on experience managing large volume data conversions in O2C processes.

  • Experience supporting integrations between Customer MDM and downstream applications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - will be heavily collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Plusses:

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

  • Development background

  • CRM/Salesforce/Dynamics knowledge
