This is a US based onsite role for our Memphis, TN (preferred) or Dallas, TX location with ability to travel up to 15%.
This role will be in office daily for 1st 6 months and could transition to hybrid and later a full-time opportunity.
Job Summary: This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, in-house Technology team that is at the forefront of creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies that are revolutionizing the hospitality industry. Based in Memphis, TN (preferred) or Dallas, TX, this hybrid role offers the chance to be part of a Directory and Collaboration Services team where you will play a critical role in supporting normal operations and major projects essential to delivering Identity and Access Management services across the enterprise. You will be instrumental in developing, testing, debugging, and documenting platform operations and application integrations, all while having the opportunity to travel up to 15% to collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement authentication and identity operating standards
- Develop tools and scripts to increase automation and streamline operations
- Manage the PingFederate and PingDirectory platforms providing LDAP, SAML, and OAuth services to the enterprise
- Evolve the Single Sign-On and LDAP services to improve resiliency and ensure continuity of business operations
- Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve service quality
- Complete SAML, OAuth, and OIDC application onboarding through requirements analysis, design, implementation, and operational stages
- Build relationships across the Technology Directory and Collaboration Services team, along with the larger Infrastructure community, to understand how the portfolio integrates with systems
- Take initiative to learn the interdependencies and recommend opportunities to evolve and streamline operations
- Create proactive processes to improve uptime and system processing in support of technology initiatives
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of how systems interconnect in order to promote creative and effective solutions
Requirements
Do you have experience in XML?, * Experience coding in OGNL
- Experience with Java development
- Technical knowledge of operating platforms including Windows, UNIX, and Active Directory
- Experience developing and implementing web interfaces such as SOAP, CGI, or REST
- Experience with the Atlassian Collaboration Stack
- Experience with markup languages including XML and XHTML
- Experience with multi-factor authentication solutions
Experience:
- 5+ years of direct experience with Ping, LDAP, and directory structures
- 3+ years of experience working with PingFederate and PingDirectory or comparable identity federation and directory solutions
- 3+ years of experience with a Java Application server such as WebLogic, WebSphere, Glassfish, or Apache Tomcat
