In addition, you will play a key role in the technical coordination of corporate IT teams, helping define approaches, validate solutions, and ensure aligned, robust, and efficient execution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with GMV projects and business areas, coordinating the IT and project teams involved.
- Participating in the evaluation and definition of technology solutions.
- Monitoring initiatives and services, identifying opportunities for improvement, optimization, and technological evolution.
- Analyzing functional and technical requirements, acting as the first level of assessment prior to implementation.
- Providing functional and technical support to projects.
- Preparing and communicating metrics, progress updates, and the status of initiatives to various stakeholders.
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, For this position, we are seeking professionals with a business-oriented mindset and an interest in managing complex IT environments, as well as experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
You will also need experience in demand management, solution definition, team coordination, and initiative tracking. Strong technical judgment is essential to evaluate solutions and make high-level decisions, along with a high level of English proficiency.
We will also value project management certifications (such as PMP or equivalent), experience with management and reporting tools (ServiceNow, Power BI, etc.), and knowledge of IT architectures and systems integration.
