Job description
- Lifecycle Management (Run & Build): Lead the evolutionary and corrective maintenance (Run) of the e-commerce platform (FrontOffice/B2B/B2C), as well as the deployment of new features (Build).
- Technical-Functional Liaison: Act as the core link between business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, SEO) and technical teams or external integrators (nearshore/offshore).
- Agile Management & Backlog: Write user stories, prioritize the product backlog, coordinate sprints, and oversee deliverables using Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence).
- High-Level Technical Support: Provide L2/L3 support in troubleshooting complex incidents and escalate appropriately to the core development team (L3).
- Ecosystem & Integrations: Coordinate cross-functional technical integrations, managing data flows with Order Management Systems (OMS), PIM platforms (e.g., Akeneo), ERPs, and analytics/tracking tools (Google Tag Manager / TagCommander).
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the QA/Testing phase, production releases (Go-live), and track key performance KPIs.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Web analytics?, * Core Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience as an E-commerce Project Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Specialist.
- Technological Expertise: Solid, hands-on experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) / Demandware . (Mandatory).
- Methodology: Proficiency in corporate ticketing and documentation tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence) within Agile frameworks.
- Technical Vision: Comfortable managing Tagging implementations (GTM), web analytics, and understanding web architectures (APIs, Front-end). We are not looking for a pure developer, but you must be able to read between the lines of code and understand infrastructure.
- Languages: Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish. You will be in constant communication with international stakeholders.
