Job description

This is more than an IT role - it's your opportunity to support digital justice, helping courts, tribunals and communities connect through innovative technology. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work within a collaborative team, helping courts efficiently through innovative technology. Some key responsibilities are:

  • Supporting video hearings and digital collaboration tools
  • Managing and monitoring live video links and recordings
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert user support
  • Recording, editing and redacting commission evidence
  • Creating user guidance and improving service delivery
  • Working closely with judiciary, legal professionals and colleagues across Scotland

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Basic IT knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Windows) and willingness to learn
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to manage workloads and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team
