Job description

A growing, international fintech organisation is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join its Professional Services team. This is an opportunity to work with leading global investment firms, delivering enterprise SaaS solutions and helping clients maximise value from technology implementations.

The Opportunities As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will lead software implementation projects for sophisticated financial services clients, managing delivery from initial requirements gathering through to go-live and ongoing optimisation. You'll work closely with client stakeholders, product teams, and internal delivery functions to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, from pre-sales support through to final deliveryBuild and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology teamsCollaborate with Professional Services, Client Success, and Product teams to deliver high-quality solutionsCoordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are achievedContribute to product development initiatives, including feature design, testing, and sprint planningSupport clients post-implementation and gather requirements for future enhancementsProvide product and solution consulting support to sales and business development teams

Requirements

7+ years' experience in customer-facing implementation, consulting, project management, or software delivery rolesProven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across varying levels of seniority Strong project management and governance experienceAdvanced SQL and Excel skillsExperience producing high-quality solution documentation and client-facing deliverablesExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyStrong communication skills and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointDemonstrated adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset Desirable Experience Experience within asset management, investment management, capital markets, or financial services environmentsKnowledge of SaaS platforms and cloud-based software solutionsWorkshop facilitation and requirements gathering experience
