ServiceNow Developer

The RoleWe're working with a global entertainment and technology business looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their team on an initial 10-month contract.You'll be supporting and enhancing a large-scale partner platform used by content creators and publishers worldwide to deliver digital content to a global audience. Working closely with product teams, developers and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in designing, building and improving ServiceNow solutions across the platform.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working with enterprise-scale systems and collaborating across multiple teams in an Agile environment. What You'll Be DoingDeveloping and implementing solutions across the ServiceNow platformAdvising on ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilitiesWorking with stakeholders to gather requirements and shape technical solutionsTranslating business needs into scalable platform enhancementsEstimating, planning and delivering platform changesBuilding and maintaining Service Portal functionalityDeveloping integrations with third-party systems and servicesTroubleshooting issues and supporting continuous platform improvements What We're Looking For5+ years' experience developing on the ServiceNow platformStrong Service Portal development experienceSolid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS and BootstrapExperience working with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON and HTTP-based integrationsStrong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practicesExperience delivering within Agile environmentsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to HaveExperience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)CIS-CSM certificationExperience working within SAFe delivery environmentsFamiliarity with Jira and ConfluenceKnowledge of SaaS and cloud technologiesUnderstanding of ServiceNow licensing
