Frontline Recruitment are working in partnership with a global manufacturing company to recruit a Graduate SharePoint Developer / Workflow Coordinator. This is a fully remote opportunity for a motivated postgraduate with strong Microsoft SharePoint knowledge and an interest in workflow management, document control and business process improvement. This role would suit someone looking to develop their career in SharePoint administration, Microsoft 365, workflow automation and digital process improvement. You will support the creation, maintenance and improvement of SharePoint sites, document libraries and workflow tools used across the organisation., As a Graduate SharePoint Developer / Workflow Coordinator, you will help improve how information, documents and workflows are managed across the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, support users and help deliver practical SharePoint and workflow solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, process improvement and using technology to make business operations more efficient., You will be responsible for:
- Building, maintaining and improving SharePoint sites, pages and document libraries.
- Supporting the configuration and administration of workflow management tools.
- Creating, updating and managing document repositories, permissions and access controls.
- Monitoring workflow performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting users with SharePoint functionality, Microsoft 365 tools and workflow processes.
- Assisting with process mapping, automation projects and system improvements.
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate records relating to workflow activity.
- Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Supporting document management, records management and information control processes.
Requirements
We are looking for a detail-focused and organised individual with strong SharePoint knowledge and a genuine interest in workflow systems and digital process improvement., * A postgraduate qualification, recently completed postgraduate studies, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience configuring, administering or supporting workflow management tools.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to learning, improvement and user support.
Desirable Skills The following would be beneficial but are not essential:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and wider Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Understanding of document control, records management or business process improvement.
- Previous experience supporting SharePoint users or managing SharePoint permissions.
- Experience creating reports or maintaining workflow activity records.

- Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
