Job description

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Sales Lead to drive growth across our ERP solution. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on winning new business, leading solution sales, and engaging with senior stakeholders across logistics, manufacturing organisations and other business sectors.

You will play a key role in shaping customer solutions, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and guiding clients through the ERP journey from initial engagement through to implementation., * Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central opportunities

  • Identify and win new business within logistics and manufacturing sectors amongst other sectors
  • Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations of Business Central
  • Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO)
  • Develop solution proposals aligned to customer business needs
  • Work closely with delivery and technical teams to scope ERP implementations
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate sales forecasts
  • Represent the business at client meetings, events, and industry engagements

Requirements

Do you have experience in Supply chain?, This role is ideal for an experienced Business Central sales professional who understands ERP delivery, can confidently present to C-level executives, and has a proven track record of closing complex solution deals., Essential Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Business Central
  • Ability to confidently demo the system to customers
  • Experience working with logistics and/or manufacturing organisations
  • Proven experience engaging with senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of ERP implementation processes
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or ERP consultancy
  • Background in ERP solution consulting or pre-sales
  • Understanding of supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing processes
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications
  • Experience selling digital transformation or ERP projects
