SAP Testing Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled SAP Testing Leader to spearhead our enterprise-wide SAP testing initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for delivering flawless SAP solutions, this is your chance to make a significant impact!, * Lead the planning, design, and execution of end-to-end SAP testing activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), performance testing, and regression testing.

• Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks utilizing tools such as TestNG, Selenium, Cucumber, and scripting languages like Python or Java to enhance testing efficiency.
• Oversee the creation of detailed test cases, scripts, and documentation aligned with business requirements and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, DevOps engineers, and system administrators to ensure comprehensive test coverage for SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, and others.
• Manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps to streamline release cycles and ensure high-quality deployments.
• Conduct root cause analysis on defects identified during testing phases; collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues related to APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), database queries (SQL/MySQL), and system configurations.
• Monitor system performance using LoadRunner or similar tools; analyze data to optimize SAP application performance and scalability under various load conditions.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards by implementing best practices in test automation, scripting, version control (SVN/Git), and documentation.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing sessions with stakeholders; gather feedback to refine processes and ensure business needs are met effectively.
• Support release management activities by validating deployments in different environments such as Windows or Linux servers; coordinate with IT teams for smooth rollouts.

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience of 10+ years in leading SAP testing projects within complex enterprise environments; strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.

• Experience in Tricentis Tosca, Q Test, and Live Compare is desirable.
• Knowledge and Experience in CLAM (Cloud ALM)
• Extensive hands-on experience with test automation tools including Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber (BDD), and scripting languages like Java or Python.
• Proficiency in API testing using RESTful services (REST/SOAP), along with experience in database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server or DB2.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall; ability to adapt testing strategies accordingly.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis on complex issues involving software troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab; version control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Experience conducting performance testing using LoadRunner or similar tools; expertise in analyzing system metrics for optimization purposes.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and translating business requirements into effective test cases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus; understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and web services is highly desirable.
