Job description
- Assist residents with medication management, including pouring and passing medications to residents in strict compliance with physicians orders
- Ensure all medication documentation is current and accurate
- Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies and ensure the medication room is neat, clean, organized and maintained consistent with all applicable standards and procedures
- Monitor psychotropic medication use is consistent with physician orders and ensure resident behaviors actually warrant the use of medication
- Assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and grooming
- Assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer
- Assist residents with housekeeping, such making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom
- Consistently utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident's care plan
- Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to Resident Services Director
Requirements
Do you have experience in Working with seniors?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- 5 years of experience
- Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work 10pm - 6am, flexible days needed (weekends included)
