Job description
- Respond swiftly and professionally to incoming calls and voicemails - every voice matters.
- Support field professionals with scheduling, dispatching, and clear communication.
- Support our Builder Partners with scheduling, data entry, paperwork and organization
- Process payments with accuracy, integrity, and care.
- Maintain detailed records in our customer management software - precision is part of the code.
- Communicate with clarity, friendliness, and purpose - both in writing and speech.
- Execute daily administrative tasks with discipline and reliability.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Technical customer support solution?, * A servant-hearted communicator who meets every challenge with enthusiasm.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, This job operates in a professional office environment. Must possess the ability to use telephone, computer, and other required technology. This position requires the ability to work full-time.
