UX Product Designer

We are seeking a UX Product Designer to join our growing in-house design team and help shape the next generation of our digital products.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and leadership to create intuitive, engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll contribute to product features from concept through implementation while helping improve usability, consistency, and overall customer experience.

This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys hands-on ux product work, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and growing their ux product design skills while making a measurable impact on products used by a large audience.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile products.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business goals and user needs into effective user experiences.
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system and component library.
• Partner with engineering teams during implementation to ensure design quality and consistency.
• Support the creation of polished, user-centered experiences that align with product and business objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging tools.

Do you have experience in Responsive design?, * 4-6 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI/UX Design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered problem solving and digital product design experience.
• Experience designing web and/or mobile applications.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
• Understanding of usability principles, interaction design, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment., * Experience working within an established design system.
• Experience designing software products, SaaS applications, e-commerce experiences, or consumer-facing digital products.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as FIgma Make, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to support ideation, documentation, and workflow efficiency., We're looking for a designer who combines strong UX fundamentals with visual design skills and enjoys solving real user problems through thoughtful product experiences., * Curious and user-focused
