Job description

  • Multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • DevOps, automation, and infrastructure reliability
  • Enterprise networking and hybrid environments
  • Identity and access management (Entra ID, AD, SSO, MFA)
  • Cybersecurity controls in a HIPAA-regulated environment
  • Healthcare systems (PACS, DICOM, HL7, FHIR)
  • Endpoint and device management across clinic locations
  • You'll design, build, and run infrastructure that directly supports patient care every day.

What this role is

A hands-on technical leadership role for someone who prefers building and operating systems over managing from a distance. You'll stay close to the infrastructure, solve real problems, and help scale a multi-site healthcare environment.

What this role is not

This is not a Chief Security Officer or enterprise security governance role. We're not looking for a policy-only or executive security leader. We need a builder who stays close to the systems.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Picture archiving and communication systems (PACS)?, * 14+ years in infrastructure, systems, networking, or cloud engineering

  • Strong AWS, Azure, and/or GCP experience
  • Background in DevOps, cloud architecture, or infrastructure engineering
  • Experience in HIPAA or regulated environments
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting and ownership mindset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support clinic implementations and optimization

Why this role stands out

You won't be optimizing infrastructure in isolation.

You'll be building the systems that allow clinical teams to deliver care safely, reliably, and at scale.

If you're someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems and seeing your work directly impact patients, this is worth a conversation., * Amazon Web Services (AWS): 6 years (Required)

  • infrastructure, networking, or cloud engineering: 6 years (Required)
  • Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS): 6 years (Required)
  • DICOM: 6 years (Required)
