Job description
Seeking an IT Help Desk Support Technician to provide end-user technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Active Directory administration, ServiceNow ticket management, printer support, hardware deployment, iOS device support, network troubleshooting, and remote support tools. Responsibilities include handling up to 30 support calls per day, resolving hardware/software issues, supporting Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, and maintaining excellent customer service. Candidates must be local to the Nashville, TN area and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
