Computer Imaging Technician

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Computer Imaging Technician to join our dynamic IT support team. In this role, you will be responsible for prepping orders with the proper ram, hard drive, operating system and add-ons. This includes creating, deploying, and maintaining computer images for a variety of laptops and desktops. Responsibilities

• Configure laptops & desktops to order with specific ram, hd, os and parts
• Prepare and configure computer images for deployment across desktops, laptops
• Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems including Windows, macOS, and the odd Linux build to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with the maintenance of network connectivity including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, and firewall configurations in house
• Maintain a parts inventory of components
• Ensure orders are processed in a way to ensure on time delivery
• Document procedures and assist with our tech knowledge base

Do you have experience in macOS administration?, * Proven experience custom building laptops and desktops (ram/hd/os etc)

• Understanding on how to use imaging software to deply and maintain images
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux installation & drivers
• Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing hardware/software issues quickly and effectively.
• Perform minor repairs on laptops and desktops
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with management and team members
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and prioritize orders properly
• Organization skills are a must
• Be able to maintain focus in a warehouse environment
• Work in a fast pace & high volume environment
