Job description
You'll support a portfolio of projects involving enterprise technology deployments such as network infrastructure, communications systems, security platforms, and end-user technology rollouts across a complex environment.
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities across multiple active initiatives-tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders aligned
- Own project documentation and reporting, including schedules, status updates, risk tracking, and executive-ready materials
- Act as a central liaison between technical teams, vendors, and program leadership to resolve issues and keep projects moving on time and within scope
Requirements
Do you have experience in Telecommunications project coordination?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 3+ years coordinating IT projects or programs with demonstrated experience in Networking and project documentation for large capital projects, public sector or highly regulated environments.

Proficient with project scheduling tools

Experience or working knowledge of IT Project Management practices, including Agile or PMBOK fundamentals (CAPM/PMP a plus).

Hands-on or coordination experience with VoIP, CCTV, AV systems, wireless deployments, and server infrastructure.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate technical details for business stakeholders. A Plus if you Have:

Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent technical/PM credentials are a plus.

Education: Associate degree or greater in IT, Information Systems, or related field required
