Job description
- Learn all duties of the MIS Manager in order to provide back-up.
- Work closely with parts managers to resolve parts variances and inventory issues.
- Coordinate inventory counts and reconcile inventory.
- Provide business system support to users at all branches.
- Design and create new programs to meet existing and future needs of MH Equipment.
- Coordinate and run month-end close-out sequence.
- Set up new general ledger accounts and accounting codes as needed.
- Extract data using Crystal, SQL, Access, and Excel macros or queries to create reports and data files needed to meet user requests.
- Audit system irregularities and reclassify as necessary.
- Reformat, convert and upload data files into NDS as necessary.
- Provide backup support to MIS personnel.
- Other duties as assigned by the MIS Manager.
Requirements

- Experience working with Powerbi reports.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft programs.
- Advanced analytical skills, demonstrated ability to critically evaluate data.
- Unix, Crystal, and Access experience is a definite plus.

- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Successfully work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to organize and prioritize.
- Meet the physical requirements of the job.

- Accounting: 3 years (Required)
- Power BI: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Required)
