We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to lead and manage technology initiatives across diverse enterprise environments. In this role, you will orchestrate project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring seamless integration of IT solutions that align with organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the success of complex IT projects while fostering innovation and efficiency within a fast-paced environment., * Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and project management software to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Coordinate activities across teams involved in software development, IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud computing initiatives (including AWS), and enterprise software implementations.
- Manage project documentation including requirements gathering, test cases, user acceptance testing plans, and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes aligned with PMBOK standards.
- Track project milestones using Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum frameworks; facilitate sprint planning and stand-up meetings.
- Oversee project risk management, issue resolution, change control processes, and release management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; negotiate priorities while maintaining effective communication channels.
- Support disaster recovery planning and IT governance initiatives to uphold organizational compliance standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Version control systems?, * Proven experience managing complex IT projects within enterprise environments utilizing methodologies like Agile, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools including Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS; understanding of IT infrastructure components including databases (SQL Server, Oracle), networks, and data centers.
- Excellent analysis skills for requirements gathering, process improvement, and problem-solving; ability to develop detailed test cases and conduct user acceptance testing.
- Demonstrated leadership in program or project management roles with excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement; experience in negotiation and conflict resolution is a plus.
- Knowledge of SDLC models like PMBOK; experience with version control systems and software development best practices such as test-driven development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines; familiarity with disaster recovery procedures and IT governance policies.
