Requirements

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, o Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

o Relevant industry certifications such as Azure, Dynamics, VMware, or ITIL are highly preferred.

· Experience:

o 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or advanced systems support and troubleshooting, with a preference for candidates from manufacturing environments.

o 3+ years of experience directly supervising technical staff, including responsibility for performance management, resource allocation, and team development.

o Demonstrated background in successful systems deployment and managing complex global information technology network administration.

o Extensive history in network security policies, procedures, maintenance, and backup protocols.

· Knowledge:

o Deep understanding of the NetSuite ERP & CRM ecosystem and Azure services, including Power Platform, AI-driven efficiency solutions, and cloud integrations to drive business productivity.

o Comprehensive knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and enterprise networking (firewalls, switching, VPN, Wi-Fi).

o Familiarity supporting industrial automation systems, production test environments, and enterprise-grade labeling or printing hardware.

o Expert knowledge of security and compliance controls, system monitoring, performance tools and recovery/backup procedures.

· Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

· Must possess a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally and domestically 10% of the time.

· Skilled at negotiating with external service providers and building strong technology vendor relationships.

· Approaches work with an innovative spirit and a constant focus on continual improvement.
