Job description
- Lead the design and implementation of data and analytics solutions leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BTP, Datasphere, and Databricks to enable integrated analytics across SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and connected enterprise systems.
- Lead the development of SAC based analytics use cases for planning, financial and operational reporting, and predictive insights, ensuring alignment with client performance management and decision support objectives.
- Enable intelligent and AI driven analytics capabilities by incorporating SAP Joule, machine learning, and advanced analytics patterns to support insight to action and improved business outcomes.
- Oversee data integration and analytics pipelines, including ETL processes, staging approaches, and real time data flows between SAP and non SAP platforms using SAP BTP and Databricks.
- Support client SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation initiatives by contributing to analytics solution design, estimating analytics workstream scope, and providing technical expertise during sales pursuits and delivery execution.
- Provide guidance and oversight to data and analytics team members by assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and driving adoption of reusable templates, accelerators, and automation frameworks.

Requirements
- Minimum of six years of recent external management consulting experience in SAP data and analytics, including involvement in at least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation with responsibility for shaping the data and analytics workstream scope and solution approach, including support during sales pursuits.
- Experience designing and supporting at least two SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations involving data integration and analytics architectures using SAP BTP, Datasphere, and Databricks, including ETL processing, data orchestration, and hybrid SAP and non SAP landscapes.
- Demonstrated experience delivering SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions for planning, management reporting, and advanced analytics, aligned to enterprise performance management and decision support objectives.
- Working knowledge of AI enabled analytics capabilities, including SAP Joule and machine learning driven insights, with experience supporting intelligent automation and predictive use cases.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, modeling, governance, and security principles as applied to SAP centric, multi cloud, and hybrid analytics environments.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor analytics focused teams, contributing to delivery quality and efficiency through reusable analytics assets, integration patterns, and automation accelerators.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 50-80%
