Job description

Our client is seeking a highly organized Administrative Support Specialist to assist the IT and VoIP Operations teams. This is an administrative role focused on scheduling, dispatch coordination, customer follow-ups, documentation, proposal support, and ticket updates.

It's a great fit for someone who enjoys administrative work but is also tech-savvy and interested in learning more about IT or growing into a technical support role over time.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and customer follow-ups
  • Maintain documentation and assist with proposals
  • Update tickets and support daily IT/VoIP operations
  • Learn internal systems and support tools

Requirements

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, * Strong organization and multitasking

  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer service professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new software quickly

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT, MSP, telecom, or technical environments
  • Familiarity with ticketing/dispatch systems
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 or VoIP systems
  • Experience with ConnectWise, Autotask, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Basic understanding of IT terminology
