Job description
Our client is seeking a highly organized Administrative Support Specialist to assist the IT and VoIP Operations teams. This is an administrative role focused on scheduling, dispatch coordination, customer follow-ups, documentation, proposal support, and ticket updates.
It's a great fit for someone who enjoys administrative work but is also tech-savvy and interested in learning more about IT or growing into a technical support role over time.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and customer follow-ups
- Maintain documentation and assist with proposals
- Update tickets and support daily IT/VoIP operations
- Learn internal systems and support tools
Requirements
Do you have experience in Productivity software?, * Strong organization and multitasking
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Customer service professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new software quickly
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT, MSP, telecom, or technical environments
- Familiarity with ticketing/dispatch systems
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 or VoIP systems
- Experience with ConnectWise, Autotask, ServiceNow, etc.
- Basic understanding of IT terminology
