Lead high-quality testing delivery that underpins successful customer implementations
We are looking for a Project Test Manager on a 3-Month FTC, to support the delivery of complex implementation projects for our strategic and enterprise customers.
This is a key delivery role responsible for executing, coordinating and reporting on testing activities across multiple projects. You will work closely with project teams, application consultants and customer stakeholders to ensure testing is delivered on time, to the highest quality standards and within agreed timelines. This is a home based role with an expectation to travel to customer and Zellis offices as required.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will:
- Act as the primary contact for all customer-related testing activities, managing expectations and reporting progress
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans and defect management processes
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple workstreams
- Manage defect triage, risk identification and issue resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Provide clear test status reporting to project teams and senior stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of testing approaches, incorporating best practice and innovation
- Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to ensure a "one team" approach to delivery
Requirements
Do you have experience in Payroll?, We're seeking a confident and experienced testing professional who thrives in a customer-facing delivery environment.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience acting as a Test Manager within implementation or transformation projects
- Experience within HR, payroll or managed services environments
- Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills
- Proven ability to coordinate testing activities across matrix teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management capability
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
