Senior Business Analyst (SAP SuccessFactor)

• Apply business analysis techniques to evaluate current services, processes, and problem statements.
• Elicit, analyse, and document business and non-functional requirements using relevant methods.
• Produce As-Is and To-Be process maps to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout all project delivery stages.
• Ensure all documentation receives the necessary agreement and approvals before progressing through delivery phases.

2. Project Methodologies

• Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies appropriately to project needs.
• Demonstrate an Agile mindset and customer-centred approach in all work aspects.
• Collaborate closely with business areas to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive cross-team collaboration.
• Support Product Owners and Project Managers in prioritisation, decision-making, and delivery planning.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholder groups and tailor communication to suit audience needs.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure shared understanding across teams.
• Communicate clearly, consistently, and effectively to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with Data and engineering teams and defining business requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
