Senior IT Technician

We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Technician who enjoys getting stuck into technical challenges, building strong customer relationships and being part of a team that takes pride in delivering an outstanding service.

Based in Shrewsbury, you'll work across a wide range of technologies and projects, helping businesses modernise their infrastructure, improve security and embrace cloud-based solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting and managing Microsoft 365 environments
• Working with Azure, Intune and Conditional Access Policies
• Delivering on-premise to Azure server migrations
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues across servers, networks and end-user environments
• Supporting infrastructure upgrades, installations and improvements
• Providing technical advice and support directly to customers
• Maintaining documentation and best practice standards
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver projects and resolve issues efficiently

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Intune?, We're looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with great communication skills.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong Azure knowledge
• Experience with Intune and Conditional Access Policies
• Experience delivering on-premise to Azure migrations
• A solid understanding of networking technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a senior IT support or infrastructure role
• Strong customer-facing skills and the confidence to build relationships
• A collaborative approach and team mentality
• A full UK driving licence
• Be based within commuting distance of Shrewsbury

It would be advantageous if you've worked within an MSP environment.
