Job description
As a Digital Workplace Engineer, you'll provide hands-on IT support to around 3,000 employees across the UK. This is a varied, people-facing role where you'll troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and build strong relationships across the business., * Provide 2nd line support for escalated Service Desk tickets
- Use ITSM tools to prioritise and manage incidents effectively
- Support users with hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Maintain security systems, including antivirus and monitoring tools
- Administer Active Directory and Group Policies
- Build and support Windows 11, iOS/Android devices, Intune, and Autopilot
- Carry out basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
- Support patching and maintenance of network equipment
- Assist with small project work alongside delivery teams
- Travel to sites as required to provide hands-on support
What You'll Need:
- Full UK driving licence
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in iOS?, We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and enjoys problem-solving, with a willingness to get stuck in and resolve issues both remotely and on-site., * Experience in an IT support role and/or relevant qualification or degree
- Strong customer service skills with a user-focused approach
- Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
