Job description

A PC LAN Specialist II provides desktop and user-level technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, and related equipment. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Respond to and resolve IT support requests through the helpdesk systemTroubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issuesInstall and configure computer equipment and softwareEscalate complex issues as appropriateProvide professional customer support in person, by phone, and emailMaintain equipment inventory and assist with supply tracking

Requirements

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly having to move objects.Positions in this class typically require fingering, talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, standing, walking, repetitive motions, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, climbing, balancing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
