IT Support Specialists at IPAP thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while delivering excellent service. This role focuses on user support, network maintenance, and assisting with IT projects.
Major Responsibilities
Provide IT support for in-office and remote staff; monitor the IT ticket queue and ensure timely responses; escalate complex issues; set up user accounts and workstations; support in-house system programming; maintain system documentation; assist the Systems Administrator with IT projects; and create queries to support troubleshooting.
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS support?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Experience in IT support
- Associate degree in a computer-related field (preferred)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, networking, and security
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with Windows, Linux, MacOS, and VMware ESXi
- Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external partners
