Job description
Colorado Golf & Turf is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support the installation, setup, demonstration, troubleshooting, repair, and customer training of autonomous mowing equipment and other allied product lines. This position serves as a technical resource for both customers and internal team members, helping ensure equipment is properly installed, maintained, and operating at peak performance., Technical Support & Diagnostics
- Diagnose and repair autonomous mowing equipment in the field and shop.
- Utilize manufacturer diagnostic software, including Husqvarna Service Hub, to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, software, and operational diagnostics.
- Assist customers and sales personnel with technical questions and product support.
- Document diagnostic findings, repairs, and recommendations accurately.
Installation & Equipment Setup
- Install autonomous mowing equipment at customer locations.
- Perform GPS mapping, boundary setup, software configuration, and system commissioning.
- Verify equipment performance and proper operation following installation.
- Conduct site assessments and identify installation requirements.
- Assist with setup, delivery, and installation of allied equipment lines.
Customer Demonstrations & Training
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
- Educate customers on equipment operation, maintenance requirements, and best practices.
- Train customers to perform routine preventative maintenance and basic service procedures.
- Serve as a professional representative of Colorado Golf & Turf at customer sites, trade shows, demonstrations, and industry events.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Administrative & Warranty Support
- Assist with warranty claim preparation, submission, tracking, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with manufacturers regarding technical issues and warranty approvals.
- Assist with identifying, sourcing, and ordering parts required for repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate service records, customer communications, inventory records, and documentation.
- Schedule appointments, demonstrations, installations, and service visits as needed.
- Manage and track demonstration inventory and related equipment.
Transportation & Logistics
- Safely operate company vehicles while traveling to customer locations.
- Tow trailers and transport equipment for demonstrations, installations, deliveries, and service work.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment for transport.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all company vehicle policies.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with technical support and service activities involving allied product lines including Husqvarna, Salsco, Smithco, Foley, Cub Cadet, Hustler, and future product offerings.
- Participate in manufacturer training programs and maintain product knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, The ideal candidate is technically minded, mechanically inclined, highly organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn emerging technologies. While prior experience with autonomous equipment is not required, candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the aptitude to learn software-based diagnostic systems and advanced equipment technologies., * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
- Operate vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices safely.
