Join our dynamic team as an Infrastructure Project Consultant, where you will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects. As a key player in our technology initiatives, you will collaborate across teams to implement robust infrastructure architectures, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your energetic approach and technical acumen will empower us to meet evolving business needs with agility and precision., * Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, including planning, design, deployment, and testing of IT systems and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate technical, operational, and vendor-related risks, escalating as needed.
- Serve as the central coordination point across engineering, operations, security, vendors, and leadership.
- Manage vendor-led initiatives, including SOW tracking, milestone validation, and performance accountability.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines effectively while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Integrate various databases like SQL and Oracle into infrastructure solutions for data management efficiency.
- Support DevOps practices by automating workflows and enhancing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Healthcare consulting?, Do you have a Master of Business Administration?, * 3+ years of healthcare consulting experience is required
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MHA, MPH, MBA etc.)
- Strong project management skills with experience working on multiple work streams
- Demonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Strong critical thinking skills; ability to develop solutions that address client needs
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills and the ability to advise our clients professionally and positively
- Proficient in Microsoft office; experience with Tableau is a plus
- Flexibility to travel as required
