Job description

As our IT Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for IT support - helping both local and remote teams with everything from system troubleshooting to onboarding new staff. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our clinical and administrative teams can focus on what matters most: caring for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing and resolving IT issues related to computers, networks, and software systems
  • Configuring and deploying new workstations and supporting users through onboarding
  • Managing user accounts across multiple platforms and ensuring proper access
  • Maintaining IT asset inventory across all AMFM sites
  • Supporting mobile devices, local/network printers, and web-based video technologies like Zoom
  • Assisting with software patching, updates, and system maintenance
  • Collaborating with Tier II support, system administrators, and the Director of IT
  • Documenting procedures, fixes, and system updates in our internal knowledgebase
  • Participating in occasional after-hours or weekend support as needed

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Trade school?, * 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a fast-paced or healthcare setting

  • A degree, trade school diploma, or relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA)
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, HITECH, and CFR 42 Part II regulations
  • Strong experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365
  • Working knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, routers, switches, RADIUS)
  • Experience with JumpCloud, mobile device management (MDM), and remote monitoring tools (RMM)
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members
  • Possess valid driver's license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years., * Calm under pressure, especially when handling time-sensitive IT issues
