Job description
This is a hands-on, execution-first Director role - not a strategy or oversight position. You will own the full channel portfolio across Amazon Vendor Central (1P), Amazon Seller Central (3P), Walmart Marketplace, Home Depot, Wayfair, and Lowe's, and directly manage the E-Commerce Manager and their team. Catalog & Content - Own catalog data quality across all channels: SKU mapping, pack logic, attributes, variation structure, and listing accuracy.
AI & Automation - Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows, exception reporting agents, and data QA pipelines using Claude Code, Codex, and VS Code.
Team Leadership - Directly manage and develop E-Commerce Manager, E-Commerce Assistant, and Marketing Assistant. Coordinate across EDI team, API developers, and internal ad agency., * Anyone who prefers to delegate rather than execute daily in systems and data
