Job description
The Digital Platforms Employer Technology team within Workplace Investing (WI) is seeking an Engineering Leader to shape the strategy, technical direction, and delivery of digital capabilities that support the Plan Sponsor experience. The role will lead engineering teams, partner closely with product leadership, and ensure delivery of scalable, resilient, and modern solutions that meet the needs of Plans Sponsors
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tooling?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 8+ years leading fast-paced technology with focus on Full-Stack/Front-End Teams
- Strong experience managing people and cross functional development teams
- Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills coupled with a growth mentality and a desire to collaborate effectively with key business and technology partners across the company
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and to deal well with ambiguity
- Must be familiar with Full-Stack/Front-end tools such as Angular, Java, Rest
- Experience working in an Agile software development framework
- Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer Science or related field

- Leading a Full Stack Engineering development team (including hiring, performance assessments and mentoring the team to their full potential)

- Work with product owners to plan releases, coordinate development activities, and prioritize backlogs to meet technical deliverables
