Recruiting & Candidate Engagement
- Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and skilled positions.
- Conduct phone interviews, in-person interviews, and virtual interviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with Burmese-speaking and English-speaking candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, community organizations, and networking events.
- Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on skills, experience, and career goals.
Employee Onboarding & Support
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Translate and explain employment policies, safety procedures, and workplace expectations when needed.
- Ensure all employment documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Maintain regular communication with associates throughout their assignments.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Client Support
- Partner with client companies to understand staffing needs and workforce requirements.
- Coordinate candidate placements and assignment details.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and employee satisfaction.
- Assist with resolving attendance, performance, and workplace issues.
- Maintain positive client relationships through responsive communication and service.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and applicant tracking systems.
- Process employment paperwork and data entry accurately.
- Track recruiting metrics and staffing activity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and safety requirements.
- Support payroll, scheduling, and workforce management functions as needed., * Bilingual Communication

Requirements

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Staffing Coordinator (English/Burmese) to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and client service activities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively communicate with both English-speaking and Burmese-speaking candidates and employees., * Fluency in English and Burmese (speaking, reading, and writing).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, human resources, administrative support, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred
- Previous staffing agency or recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of employment laws, onboarding processes, and workforce management practices.
