Job description

  • Complete help desk functions by providing technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Coordinate off-site, outside agency service and installation visits
  • Provide routine and preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Provide training materials on system software

Requirements

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma - Required

  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
