At Orgro, we're looking for a Systems Engineer to join a team supporting the Navy's AEGIS Program-one of the most advanced defense systems ever developed. Your work won't be buried in a backlog or lost in a corporate hierarchy. You'll be helping ensure mission-critical software and systems perform exactly as intended when reliability matters most.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll become part of a team responsible for independently verifying and validating software and systems that support national defense initiatives.
Your days may include:
Putting complex systems through rigorous testing and verification
Creating test plans that clearly define success and identify potential risks
Analyzing data and uncovering meaningful insights
Collaborating with engineers, government stakeholders, and technical teams
Producing documentation that helps drive critical program decisions
Supporting product readiness efforts before systems move into operational environments
Contributing to projects that directly support the U.S. Navy and allied military partners

Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical writing within technology?, * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of systems, software testing, verification, or validation experience
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret Security Clearance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with AEGIS Combat Systems
- Naval radar systems experience
- Flight-test or lab-test experience
- Participation in engineering reviews such as SETRs
- Experience working within government or defense programs
