- Perform real-time network monitoring and initial triage
- Conduct basic root cause analysis and incident documentation
- Communicate outages and updates to customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Coordinate with Tier 2/3 engineers and vendors during incidents
- Support scheduled maintenance and after-hours work as needed
Preferred Skills
- Private LTE fundamentals and LTE/5G basics
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Altiplano, Manta Ray, NSP
- Ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy
- Understanding of SLAs and escalation processes
Requirements
Do you have experience in Telecommunications network performance monitoring?, We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to support enterprise telecom and infrastructure environments in a fast-paced 24x7 operations center. This role requires prior hands-on NOC experience monitoring networks, managing incidents, and responding to outages across wired and wireless systems.
Required Experience
Candidates must have prior experience with:
- Monitoring IP, fiber, and Private LTE (PLTE) networks using alarms and monitoring tools
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and escalating outages or performance issues
- Opening, managing, and updating incident tickets within SLA requirements, * Strong written and verbal communication
- Calm under pressure during high-severity outages
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented and customer-focused
