Job description

Dubin Law Group is seeking an AI Automation & Systems Specialist to design, implement, and maintain AI-powered workflows, agents, and business process automations across the firm. This role will work closely with leadership, operations, and IT teams to identify opportunities for efficiency, improve internal systems, and deploy secure, practical AI solutions that create measurable business impact.

This position combines applied AI, systems integration, automation, and operational support. The ideal candidate enjoys building solutions, solving business problems, and helping organizations adopt AI responsibly and securely.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation solutions
  • Develop integrations using the OpenAI API and other approved AI platforms
  • Configure and maintain AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, retrieval systems, and MCP servers
  • Create automation workflows connecting AI tools with internal business systems and software platforms
  • Support API integrations and secure data exchange between applications
  • Collaborate with operations, legal, and administrative teams to identify automation opportunities
  • Monitor AI workflows, integrations, and automation systems to ensure reliability and performance
  • Assist with deployment, testing, version control, and change management for AI-enabled systems
  • Document workflows, integrations, configurations, and operational procedures
  • Help establish best practices for AI governance, security, and responsible usage
  • Partner with IT and vendors on authentication, permissions, access controls, and infrastructure requirements
  • Evaluate new AI technologies and recommend practical solutions that improve business efficiency

Requirements

Do you have experience in Zoom?, * Experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or agent-based solutions

  • Hands-on experience with the OpenAI API or similar LLM platforms
  • Experience integrating applications through APIs and automation tools
  • Familiarity with MCP servers, tool-calling frameworks, or AI integration architectures
  • Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, security considerations, and risk management
  • Experience working with sensitive or regulated data
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Experience with Azure services and cloud-based integrations
  • Experience integrating AI tools with CRM, case management, or document management systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, logging, deployment workflows, and environment management
  • Experience working in legal, healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries
  • Experience with Zoom APIs, Google APIs, or similar business system integrations
  • Microsoft, Azure, AI, security, or cloud certifications are a plus
