What You'll DoMicrosoft 365 & Collaboration Platforms
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, licensing, security, and compliance
- Establish SharePoint as the centralized knowledge management platform for documentation, SOPs, and company processes
- Support collaboration, communication, and information governance initiatives
Identity, Security & Access Management
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user provisioning, permissions, and access controls
- Enforce least-privilege access, MFA, conditional access policies, and security best practices
- Conduct regular access reviews and strengthen credential management standards
- Drive security awareness and ensure security considerations are built into new technology decisions
Infrastructure & IT Operations
- Manage endpoints, hardware lifecycle, software deployment, patching, and device security
- Build and maintain a structured IT support function, including ticketing, escalation processes, and user support workflows
- Maintain software, hardware, vendor, and licensing inventories
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers
Business Systems & Process Improvement
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency
- Support Azure SQL and Power BI reporting environments
- Improve reliability, access management, and reporting processes
- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, workflows, and operational standards
Growth & Acquisition Support
- Help develop repeatable technology integration processes for future acquisitions and expansion initiatives
- Support user onboarding, data migration, hardware deployment, email transitions, system cutovers, and access management
- Assist in standardizing systems and processes across multiple locations, * Establish consistent IT processes and documentation
- Improve security, access controls, and credential management
- Reduce dependence on external vendors for day-to-day support
- Create scalable onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Improve visibility into software, hardware, and licensing assets
- Help build a technology foundation capable of supporting continued company growth

Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of Systems Administration, IT Operations, or Infrastructure experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and licensing
- Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and identity/access management
- Experience supporting endpoint management, device security, and asset management
- Demonstrated ability to create documentation, SOPs, and repeatable IT processes
- Experience managing third-party vendors, consultants, and managed service providers
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives with limited supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience), * Experience supporting multi-site organizations
- Experience in service, facilities, construction, field services, or operationally focused businesses
- Experience supporting acquisition integrations or technology standardization initiatives
- Familiarity with Azure SQL and Power BI administration
- VOIP administration experience (3CX, Sangoma, or similar platforms)
- Experience with Power Automate or workflow automation tools
- Microsoft, Azure, Security+, ITIL, or related certifications, * System administration: 4 years (Required)
- SharePoint: 4 years (Required)
- M365: 4 years (Required)
- Identity & access management: 4 years (Required)
