Job description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Help Desk Analyst to join our dynamic technology support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of information technology systems, including expertise in quantum engineering concepts where applicable.   • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system problems efficiently
  • Assist users with account access, permissions, and security protocols
  • Document all support interactions accurately in the help desk management system
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized technical teams when necessary
  • Install, configure, and update software applications and hardware components
  • Provide training or guidance to users on new technologies or procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging IT trends, including quantum engineering applications relevant to organizational needs
  • Contribute to the development of self-help resources such as FAQs and user manuals
  • Collaborate with IT team members on projects aimed at improving infrastructure resilience and security

Requirements

Do you have experience in Operating systems?, * Proven experience in IT support roles or help desk environments

  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network fundamentals
  • Knowledge of quantum engineering principles is highly desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting
  • Effective communication skills tailored for diverse user groups
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are preferred
