Job description

  • Provide first-line technical support for client requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Perform user account setup, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks.
  • Monitor systems via Datto RMM, applying patches and escalating issues as needed.
  • Assist with client onboarding/offboarding, standard software installs, and workstation setups.
  • Deliver on-site support to end-users, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Document all work performed in Autotask PSA.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Serving clients?, * 1-2 years of IT support experience (MSP experience preferred but not required).

  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.
  • Knowledge of RMM/PSA tools a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work on-site daily and support end-users face-to-face.
  • Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals (MS-900, AZ-900).
