Job description
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware, software, networking, and user account issues
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software in accordance with IT standards
- Support conference room AV systems and onsite vendor/network activities
- Collaborate with remote IT teams on system rollouts, patching, and upgrades
- Maintain IT inventory and assist with equipment lifecycle management
Requirements
- 2-4 years of IT helpdesk or desktop support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting multiple environments or locations
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to commute between San Francisco and South San Francisco sites
- Bonus: experience with Intune and/or Azure AD
