In the Support Technician role, you will be directly involved in participating in every aspect of the IT department by observation and performing functions under the guidance and support of the IT Solutions Manager. Most of the time will focus on Helpdesk support, 3cx Support, learning TMW, TMT, and other systems, corporate communications, vendor relationships, & drive the Blackhawk Transport culture of the Right. Now - Right. Decision. Off-site visits maybe required.
This position requires clear communication, coordination, and execution with vendors, co-workers, home office, and field associates. Teaching and assisting other Blackhawk Transport, INC associates to be proactive in their IT needs and Cyber Security for the company., * Continue to develop knowledge to best support all Blackhawk Transport employees & their specific roles.
- Assisting with troubleshooting industry software (i.e. TMT, TMW, Citrix, EBE, etc.).
- Setting up new users in all applicable systems and prepare PCs/equipment.
- Assist in developing SOP's for your IT department to assist the field.
- Promote positive customer service within Blackhawk Transport.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality in all aspects of the position.
- Maintain great communication with direct supervisor.
- Leading the IT Helpdesk ticket initiatives & asking for support when needed
- Assisting with company special projects when needed
- Continue to assist with Monthly user audits & Yearly equipment audits
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Continue to develop on best practices & proper execution in ERP systems such as TMW, Various Dispatch Systems, and Maintenance Reporting System.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good problem resolution skills.
- Possess strong data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure is very important.
- Needs to be able to uphold high levels of confidentiality when working with other employees, customer(s), or vendor(s).
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to learn basic functions for repairing of IT equipment.
- Independent & self-starter while bringing new efficiency ideas to Manager
