IT System Admin

5-7 years' experience in IT Systems Administration and Engineering

In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2012 / 2016 administration

In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), LAN/WAN topology, IT processes and procedures, security, and systems implementations.

Experience administering and configuring SCCM/SMS

Experience administering clustered Microsoft SQL instances

Linux/Unix, NetApp management and VMware vCenter experience preferred

Experience administering and configuring Citrix preferred

Virtualization experience using NetApp storage preferred

Experience with optimizing storage access across the WAN preferred

Experience managing backup systems preferred (NetBackup, Quantum)

Experience with engineering application support and system architecture such as Perforce is a plus

Must possess a strong ability to document standards, methods and produce drawings of environments

Exceptional team work as well as being able to work under own initiative are highly desired

Ability to work independently with little supervision
