Job description

We are hiring an AI-Native Creative Growth Lead to own the creative strategy, ad testing engine and acquisition funnel that drives qualified creator trials.

This is not a traditional media buying role. This is not a brand marketing role. This is not an agency management role where someone else creates the ideas.

Your mission: build a creative-led acquisition engine that drives more qualified creator trials every week at an acceptable CAC.

You should be able to go from customer insight to ad angle, hook, script, asset, campaign, landing page test, performance review and next creative iteration without needing a strategist, copywriter, designer, data analyst and developer around you.

You will use AI heavily to increase your output. Claude and Claude Code should be part of your daily workflow.

What you'll own

  • Paid ad strategy
  • Creative strategy
  • Meta ads creative testing
  • UGC scripts and briefs
  • Founder-led ad concepts
  • Static ad concepts
  • Carousel concepts
  • Competitor comparison ads
  • Landing page messaging
  • Funnel testing
  • Trial volume
  • Cost per trial
  • Trial quality
  • Creative performance analysis
  • Weekly experiment planning
  • AI-assisted growth workflows

The goal is not just to "run ads". The goal is to find the messages, hooks, angles and funnels that make the right creators say: "This is exactly what I need."

Key responsibilities

  1. Own the creative strategy

You will be responsible for deciding what we say, who we say it to, and why it should work.

You'll turn creator pain points into high-performing ad angles. You should be able to explain the insight behind every ad we test.

No random creative. No guessing. No "let's just try this because it looks nice."

  1. Create and direct ad creative

You need to be able to create the creative direction yourself: hooks, scripts, UGC briefs, founder-led concepts, static ads, carousel structures, storyboards, testimonial ads, case study ads, retargeting ads and competitor comparison ads.

You do not need to be a world-class designer or video editor, but you need enough taste, speed and execution ability to get ads shipped without waiting around for a full creative team.

You should be comfortable using Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar tools to create rough assets, briefs and mockups quickly.

  1. Build a weekly creative testing machine

You'll create a consistent testing rhythm and should be able to produce or direct 10-20 new ad concepts per week.

You'll manage new hook tests, scripts, visual formats, creator pain points, ICP segments, landing page message matches, retargeting angles and offer tests.

You'll kill weak creative quickly and double down on winners. Most creative will fail. The job is to learn faster than everyone else.

  1. Use AI as serious leverage

This role is for someone who is genuinely AI-native, not someone who occasionally asks ChatGPT for copy ideas.

Claude and Claude Code should be your best friends. You should use AI every day to move faster across customer research, competitor research, ad angle generation, hook writing, UGC script development, landing page copy, funnel audits, data analysis, campaign reporting, creative diagnosis, experiment planning, SOPs and workflow automation.

You do not need to be a senior engineer, but you must be dangerous with AI tools. The ideal person does not constantly say "we need dev for that." They say "I made a rough version. Let's test it."

  1. Improve landing pages and funnel conversion

You'll own the message match from ad to landing page.

You'll test hero sections, headlines, CTAs, social proof, creator case studies, competitor comparisons, pricing/friction points, signup flows, retargeting journeys and trial-start conversion.

You should be able to look at a landing page and say: "This is why people are not converting, and here is what we should test next."

  1. Report weekly with clarity

Every week, you'll produce a simple growth report covering what we tested, what worked, what failed, what we learned, best and worst-performing creative, current trials, cost per trial, trial-to-paid quality, CAC, next week's tests and the biggest bottleneck.

No fluffy marketing reports. Just numbers, insights and next actions.

Example ad angles you might explore

  • Stop sending followers to a basic link-in-bio.
  • Your audience is asking for help. Turn that demand into recurring revenue.
  • Brand deals are not a business model.
  • Creators need infrastructure, not another checkout link.
  • Sell your meal plans, courses, community and coaching from one place.
  • Your DMs are full of monetisation opportunities you are not capturing.
  • Build a creator business you own.

What success looks like

First 30 days

  • Understand WithMe's product, ICP and competitors
  • Audit current ads, landing pages and funnel data
  • Identify the biggest creative and funnel opportunities
  • Build a weekly creative testing system
  • Launch new ad angles
  • Create new UGC/founder-led ad concepts
  • Start improving landing page message match
  • Set up a clear weekly reporting cadence, We are hiring an AI-Native Creative Growth Lead to own the creative strategy, ad testing engine and acquisition funnel that drives qualified creator trials.
