In addition to implementing new solutions, you support us in further developing the platform to be stable, maintainable, automated, and close to the ServiceNow standard., * Development of new features and integrations based on architectural guidelines and best practices

• Ensuring clean code, maintainable design, and comprehensible documentation
• Conducting technical analyses and supporting solution designs
• Supporting platform standardisation and reduction of technical customisation
• Contributing to continuous improvements of the platform and development processes
• Analysing and resolving technical issues within incidents and service requests

• Several years of proven experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide API, REST integrations)
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM
• You are ServiceNow CSA and CAD certified
• Good understanding of platform architecture, data models, and technical interrelations
• Enjoy customer contact and ability to communicate technical solutions clearly
• Understanding of platform operation, maintainability, upgradeability, and technical quality
• You are quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your work as well as the team's shared success
• High self-responsibility, OOTB-first mindset, and enjoyment of collaboration in an interdisciplinary platform team
