Job description

  • Lead end-to-end SAP OTC and E-Invoicing initiatives across European business units.
  • Gather business requirements and perform solution design, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Configure and support Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing Procedures, and Credit Management processes.
  • Design and implement Electronic Invoice solutions aligned with European regulatory mandates.
  • Collaborate with tax authorities, compliance teams, and third-party E-Invoicing providers.
  • Support integration between SAP SD, FI-AR, MM, and external platforms.
  • Develop and review Functional Specifications (WRICEF).
  • Lead SIT, UAT, and Cutover activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with SAP Best Practices and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in XML?, We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC & E-Invoicing Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Electronic Invoicing solutions across multiple European countries. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP SD, S/4HANA, Pricing, Billing, FI-AR Integration, and European E-Invoicing Compliance Frameworks.

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD/OTC.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Pricing & Condition Techniques
  • Billing & Output Management
  • Customer Master / Business Partner (BP)
  • Intercompany & Cross-Company Sales
  • FI-AR Integration
  • Proven experience delivering European E-Invoicing Solutions.
  • Experience working with:
  • PEPPOL
  • SDI (Italy)
  • KSeF (Poland)
  • UBL/XML Formats
  • Government Tax Portals
  • Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Implementations/Rollouts.
  • Experience as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect on full-cycle SAP projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10-14+ years of SAP consulting experience.
  • Experience with SAP Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC).
  • Knowledge of Revenue Accounting & Recognition (RAR).
  • Strong understanding of:
