Job description
As a Design Engineer , you will design, implement, and verify digital circuit blocks used in next - generation memory products. You will work closely with global design, verification, product engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust, scalable, and manufacturable solutions from concept through silicon validation.
Responsibilities
-
Design and implement digital blocks (e.g., PLL control logic, BIST, DfT ) using semicustom methodologies

Develop and integrate Place & Route (P&R) blocks, including AI - enabled P&R features
-
Perform RTL, functional, and gate - level verification to ensure design quality and reliability

Set up, maintain , and enhance semicustom design flows to improve efficiency and scalability

Support silicon bring - up and design validation activities in collaboration with cross - functional teams

Create clear technical documentation to support design reviews and knowledge sharing
Requirements
Do you have experience in Verilog?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field

3+ years of experience in RTL design using Verilog or VHDL

Hands - on experience with synthesis, timing constraints, and static timing analysis (STA)

Practical experience with at least 3 of the following tools: Fusion Compiler, Fusion.ai, PrimeTime , NCSim , TCL, Perl

Ability to collaborate effectively in an international, cross - functional environment

Proficiency in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with semicustom design flows in advanced technology nodes

Exposure to silicon validation and post - silicon debug

Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and scripting for design automation
The base salary range that Micron estimates it could pay in for this position full-time is: 76.000,00 € - 128.000,00 € per year.
