Benefits & conditions

Salary up to £200k + Equity London Onsite

Join a lean (under 10), early-stage startup building sustainable, environmentally-focused financial services. The focus of the solution is understanding where capital flows, and the data behind those decisions needs to be accurate, traceable, and built with care. This is a true end-to-end data focused role. You'll own data wrangling from ingestion through to delivery, no hand-offs, no downstream dumping. Full responsibility, real impact.

The company is profitable and revenue focused, with clients that include the likes of, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and some of the biggest Fund & Asset management companies.

What you'll do

  • Build and own data pipelines end-to-end, turning 100k+ unstructured PDFs into living, constantly updating datasets
  • Make core architecture decisions around reliability, scale, formats, and data quality
  • Ship AI agents and LLM-powered workflows (document extraction, multi-agent pipelines, orchestration) into production
  • Treat data as a product, the outputs inform decisions worth millions, so quality really matters

Everyone automates yesterday's work so they can tackle harder problems tomorrow. That's not a side-effect of being early-stage, it's the business model.
